We've started the process of picking a pediatrician for our baby. The hospital wants parents to have a doctor selected when the baby is born. We went for our first interview with a doctor yesterday.

I could REALLY use some advice about what is important to moms when comes to finding a pediatrician. I know I need to find a Doctor that has flexible hours, because my hours aren't always predictable. But what else is important to parents? What do you like or don't like about your child's doctor?
